Looking for a roommate for our 3 bedroom home. Room has its own bathroom. We are a walk away from Chapparosa Park, have a home gym in the garage, pool table, and a pool/jacuzzi. You would have access to the full house. We have a 2 year old dog (well-behaved) and we will pay for gardening, pool service and HOA fees, other utilities not included in price (average $110/person each month).
Individuals or couples considered, no cats or dogs.
