Looking for a roommate to rent 1 bedroom in our 3 BR house! This house has everything you could possibly want! Large kitchen with double ovens, a large living room, and a beautiful dining room. The room is bright and spacious (about 12’x12’) and has a huge closet. The backyard is a great place to relax and unwind; nothing better than hanging out in the hammock with a good book or chilling on the patio by the fire pit. The house is located near everything! The mall is just down the street, tons of great food within a 5 minute drive, several grocery stores nearby including Sprouts and Uptown, and Walmart/Target are just a few minutes away. ADT Security, high-speed internet, along with Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime access. Not kid friendly, but we are pet friendly. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, but they mostly stay with us in our room and are very quiet and well behaved. They will also be traveling with us so won’t be home the majority of the time. Smoking is allowed outside. We are medical marijuana friendly, as long as use is discrete and does not bother anyone else in the house. We are a married couple (27/29) who have been renting rooms out of our house like this for 6 years. We are a bit nerdy and would love to have like-minded people rent the rooms, however, if you aren’t the “nerdy” type, we won’t judge. :) Looking for responsible, courteous, and clean renters. The bathroom would be shared with one other person. There is a possibility of using the master bathroom while we’re traveling if you’d prefer your own bathroom. 3 bed / 2 bath. $650 per room/month, plus a portion of utilities (gas, water, trash, electricity, and internet/cable). The portion of utilities is usually around $80-$100/month. ADT home security and lawn maintenance included in the rent. Some basic furniture available if needed.

My husband and I are 29/27 and prior military and have been renting rooms out of our house like this for about 6 years. We’re pretty quiet, laid back, low-drama people who enjoy watching Netflix, playing board games, and traveling. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats that mostly stay in our room with us. The other renter is a female pharmacy intern in her 50s, also very quiet and mostly keeps to herself. If you have any other questions, please ask! :)
