Built in 2016, The Suite Room in the Property ,which is for 1 person (non smoker, with no pet), (located on the 1st floor) with private bathroom is available from Dec.09th ,2019.
Monthly rent for this room is $1,200 (one person only) and total deposit is $1,500 (30 days early termination notice deposit + security deposit). 1,200 USD per month (for one person) incl. utility cost (non-excessive usage) for expected one year term (at least 3 months). Rent can be paid month to month. An early termination of the lease is possible with a 30 days early notice notification to landlord.

Parking available in the garage. The house is very near Crossroad Jeffery Rd. and Irvine Blvd. Regards to the location:

No. 1 only about 5minutes walk on foot to Northwood Town Center wehre Zion Market locates (This house is very near to the side path of the Eastwood village, through which it takes only about 5 min. walk on foot to reach Northwood town center where the Zion Market locates, very convenient for shopping no need to drive). Also UPS is in this shopping area including printing, copying services.

No.2 about 5-10 min. car drive to Woodbury Town Center (Trader joe’s, Ralphs, Home Depot, Chinese restaurant and etc.) to the southeast direction

No. 3 about 5-10 min. to the Northpark Plazza to the northwest (Albertson,CVS and etc.)

(For safety reasons, in common area, one camera is on for safety purposes and real time monitoring at the window in the living room facing the backyard area watching the water sprinkle)

The tenant of this room can use Kitchen, Lobby/Living Room,Laundry (Microwave,Oven,Refrigerator, Washer,Dryer,Cooker and Drink Water System) in the common area.

This suite room is on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, totally 3 rooms: Landlord in one room, one female student in one room, one female working professional in one room. All people are very quiet and very nice. Non smoker, no pets.
