About the room
I have 3 bedrooms available in a 3 bed 2 bath house that I will be renting out by the room. The guest rooms will be $600 per month and the master with a private bath will be $650 per month. Leases will be month-month. Utilities will not be included and will be between $80 - $120 per month.
The bedrooms are unfurnished but the living, dining and kitchen areas will be furnished with the necessities.
Each tenant will be required to go through a background check and a $250 deposit at move-in is required as well.

About the roomies
The other two roommates will be on month-month leases as well so there will most likely be roommates coming and going throughout the year.
