We have one more room available in a beautiful, 4-bedroom Whittier home (close to La Habra, La Mirada, Buena Park). The rent for this room is $1300 plus utilities (which we split evenly). The room is available in May.

There is a washer/dryer, a garage, plenty of parking, a fireplace, two living rooms, two refrigerators, and a fully-fenced backyard. All of the common areas are fully furnished and equipped. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. The house overlooks Turnbull Canyon and is extremely close to Uptown Whittier. We are prioritizing roommates who can commit to longer leases, but we’re open to discussing shorter terms if the situation is right.

Must show two months of paystubs. Deposit is one month’s rent.

My boyfriend and I are renting the master bedroom. We are both 29 years old. We have a dog named Riku (8-year-old Lab/Pointer mix), so being a dog lover is a must. Riku loves living with other dogs, so we are open to talking about it if you come with one of your own! We love going to concerts, going to the beach, mountain biking, going to Disneyland, and trying new restaurants. We appreciate a mix of social and chill, so we’re totally down for BBQs, movie nights, and beach days with the roomies, but we also absolutely respect everyone’s needed solo time.
