3 bedroom house 2 1/2 bath house. 2,088 sq ft. Rent is $1,795 without utilities, it would end up being $598 per person before utilities. The total security deposit is $2,500 but would be $833 per person. All of the utilities will be spilt evenly as well. Same with internet. Im not sure what the bathroom situation would look like so I just selected “own bathroom”.
