About the room
Hi. I have a room for rent, for one person, in the Wood Ranch area of Simi Valley. Wood Ranch is a planned community with a golf course, country club, restaurants, shopping, and has easy freeway access. It is surrounded by hills with hiking trails. The house backs up to a canyon with a view of wildlife, and the backyard is relaxing, quiet and peaceful.
The house is an easy drive of about 10 minutes from both CLU and Moorpark College.
The rent is $850 a month, on a month to month lease. It includes all utilities, cable, wireless high speed internet, washer/dryer, kitchen privileges, and a weekly maid service.

We are a married couple that are renting out a room at the end of the hall upstairs. We are quiet and welcoming.
