I am a mid thirties professional looking for a roommate who enjoys their profession, is considerate, and is looking for a calm and quite place to come home to and relax. I view my home as a sanctuary away from stress, and would like to ensure you have the same thing. I am usually in bed by midnight, and the condo rules are quiet time after 11pm. I do work retail, so my hours are all over the place. I enjoy cooking, playing video games, reading, hiking, and days at the beach. Eventually I do plan on importing my dog here, its just taking some time to do so. I am married to a Canadian, and he will be visiting from time to time- his next visit is not planned until after April. Its important to me that we can both abide by the rules set forth in the lease as well as they condo building house rules.
