It is a smoke and pet free home the bedroom is directly across from my own but we will be going through my childs room to get there. I have to be very careful about who i allow to be around my son because i have to fight every day just for the 50% custody i have so no drugs of any kind. Weed is not legal, its decriminalized and there is a difference. I am seeking to rent out this room to make improvements to the whole house. So something long term is preferred. Utilities will be split. I have a white board where i keep everything i need to remember written down including bills and expenses so you will see i am being fair
