We have a master bedroom opening up in our beautiful condo and are looking for a new roommate! The home is extremely central in Santa Monica (1 block from Erewhon, Bristol, Busby’s), in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The room has a walk-in closet and private bathroom. There is 2 parking spots in the driveway and permit street parking available.

You’ll be living with a boy and a girl – I’m a UCSB grad (28) and work in kids entertainment. The boy is a Boulder grad (30) and works in medical sales. We’re both very low key during the week and would prefer to live with someone with the same week day schedule (9-5).
