Live by the beach! Seeking housemate to share my rental in San Juan Capistrano/border of Dana Point. Private room/private bath (shower only/en suite). Beautiful 3 bed/2 bath house. Awesome neighborhood with great neighbors. Close to bike trails, 1 1/2 miles to Doheny Beach and the Dana Point Harbor. Fully furnished with the exception of your bed/bath. You will be sharing with only myself. I have a 3 year old Samoyed…he is extremely friendly and a non-barker. Another dog will be considered if it is fully house trained and gets along well with my dog. Additional pet deposit will be required.
