House is next to El Pollo Loco, Applebees, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Costco, Chipotle, among many others.
There’s currently 1 roommate, a 47 year old with a 7 and 12 year old staying in one room together when they are not with their dad residing elsewhere. She’s introverted and extroverted when the time arises and is friendly. Her kids are also kind and polite. Hope that give you a picture of the living conditions.
