It’s located at the intersection of Prospect and Hampshire, 10 min walk from Central Sq T-line and 8 min from Whole Foods. I can also sell you my bedroom furniture (the common spaces are already furnished). It’s ready to move in starting Nov 21th.

The monthly rental is $1475 which is well below the market for this location and standard. You would need to pay the standard first, last, security deposit, and $700 broker fee (willing to split this). There is a laundry in the building. Lease ends Aug 2020 and can be extended with the landlord.

Housemate that will stay in the apartment is a young male in his 20’s, professional, working in software engineering. He’s friendly, clean, respectful, and like to share food that we cook with each other!
