Rent $600 a month includes utilities (electric, gas, water, trash, internet) (application fee $45, damage deposit $300). This is a Month to month living arrangement; not section 8 or rental subsidy approved. Temporary housing for 6 months. This is a sober home environment; absolutely no smoking, no drinking, no overnight guest, no children and no pets. 

Common areas fully furnished, rental room is semi-furnished, or you can furnish completely.  Plenty of on street parking, no garage access or no parking in driveway of home. There isn’t a storage area so if you have a ton of stuff it may not be a great fit. No basement access (no on-site laundry). You must pass a background check, rental history check, and have a solid job history.

Rules of the home: Webber Parkway area. 3-bedroom, 3 bath home with porch, fenced yard I live a quiet drama free life. Looking for the same. Female renter only. Must be trustworthy, responsible and alcohol and drug free (sober living) Be polite, honest, and generous to keep the home a happy/clean/comfortable place No overnight guests or intimate activity in the home.
