Hey everyone! I have a room available for immediate occupancy in a renovated duplex apartment. There’s an upstairs and downstairs living room, large kitchen, plenty of closet space, storage room, heating/ AC in unit, and both a full and half bath. The apartment is right down the road from the Morgan L stop. There’s a 24 hour bodega a few steps away, and plenty of bars/restaurants right around the corner, including El Santo, Roberta’s, and Brooklyn Cider House. We are looking for someone to move in ASAP! Pets are welcome :)
