About the room
A room in a condo is available for rent 1 mile from ASU. Looking for a nice, reliable girl to take over my room for me, as I am moving closer to my job.
The girls here are very sweet and have made the house feel cozy and safe. The condo has a cute private patio, access to a swimming pool, garage parking, and a great kitchen.
Utilities are not included in the $550 rent, but are split between the 3 roommates.
About the roomies
Stella is the landlord, she is super great and very helpful. She is also very busy and not home much. She keeps the house very clean and nice. She loves giuse plants so the home is very green:)
Jaszmine is the other roommate and she is super fun and sweet too, but also not home much either.
