This is a private bedroom in a fully furnished 900 square foot apartment. There is a shared bathroom, and a large deck over looking the pool. Very quiet and charming neighborhood in the heart of Willow Glen. Lots of ice-cream and coffee shops within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and neighbors are friendly and drama free. There is a small plot I dug up for growing.

I am a 31 year old female. My son is 11. We are active in the community and rarely home on weekends. I want to renew my lease in August 2020, and I’m looking for a working professional who is responsible, mature, and doesn’t mind sharing space with children. We are respectful of others space and privacy.
