Large sunny bedroom with private bath, available in a quiet but very central Beaverton neighborhood. The apartment has a very large shared kitchen, private laundry, and off-street parking, and is attached to a single-family home but has its own private entrance.
The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with the Beaverton Farmers market just steps away, easy bus access, lots of shopping nearby, and excellent restaurant choices within 5 minutes of walking.

About the roomies
The other resident is a 30 year-old single female who works full-time and has two small dogs - the apartment unfortunately does not allow any more pets. She is quiet, tidy, and very easy to live with. The living space is perfectly comfortable for an additional adult.
