The room is located Facing the street where you could view the landscaping of the front of the house and your car if you need a parking.its a cul- de sac neighborhood.one level stories This is so close to 405 freeway, walking distance to fast food business, grocery stores, theatre, and churches.

I’m retired all my Roomate is male. We have 2.5 bathrooms in 4 bedrooms house. One person per room . I have a house rules that the only resident can come in and out our house( it means no visitors) that is for everybody’s safety. Internet/WiFi electricity included for us long no major appliances.
