I have one room avaliable in a 3 bed 1.5 bath house located right next to Newport Market! The rent is $615 and utilities are around 90 to 120$ each depending on the weather ($120 in the winter). The house has a cute yard and two parking spaces, as well as street parking. The room is 8.5 ft by 10.5 ft. It has good storage, with cabinets and 3 shelves! I lived in there comfortably with my queen bed and a few dressers for a year.
There are currently two people living here, myself and Evelynn. I adopted a puppy 2 months ago from street dog heroes! I get sitters for her every day when I work so she’ll never be home alone. When she is home she’s very quiet and sweet and gets along with all animals! On my days off I like to hangout out with my dog, run errands, go on hikes, and relax. Evelyn is pretty similar. She also goes camping pretty often! Something that we need in a new roomate is open communication, a positive attitude, and respect. I’d also LOVE for a new roomie to help decorate! The house is so boring and bland right now, I wanna make this house our home!!
