Hello!

I currently have 3 bedrooms available for rent in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom(we also have a 5th room/den situation that I am considering making an art studio/office to share!) recently renovated home 2 blocks from Main Street in the heart of Beacon! Two of my roommates are moving in with their beloved, and the other is beginning their home owning journey!

2 people share each bathroom for a total of 4 people in the home – as of November 1st, it will be occupied by me only - so I hope to find 3 super awesome roommates to join me in a chill, quiet, gorgeous home with a private backyard, garden and a Mount Beacon view!

Kitchen and other common areas will be shared. Washer & Dryer in downstairs bathroom and all appliances are brand new! Downstairs bathroom includes a big bathtub, while the upstairs bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower. Driveway fits 2-3 cars & on-street parking is available for additional vehicles.

There are two other bedrooms available & an upstairs bathroom not yet pictured. Those two bedrooms have full closets, while the downstairs bedroom pictured includes a built in clothing rack & shelves for easy storage. We have several closets in the common areas if any additional storage is needed! One of the bedrooms available includes a private staircase/hallway directly to the bathroom & kitchen.

The house will be professionally cleaned & nicely re-furnished upon the exit of the old tenants, so expect your new home to be even more beautiful once you arrive! Utilities split 4 ways between tenants.
