We created a private space in our living room. The other roommate and I are always in our room with closed doors, so you don’t have to worry about privacy. The room is close with heavy, long and tall curtains so nobody can look through your things. The building is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles in the vibrant Financial District, Metro 417 is one of the city’s most unique rental residences. Once the historic Subway Terminal Building, our iconic National Landmark building has been lovingly restored to its1925 grandeur and reimagined as a modern boutique residence. The room is completely new and furnished (IKEA), we have laundry inside, dishes, and everything you need to feel like home. We have a parking option but it would be extra. No pets allowed.

Sonja and I are studying right now, we are in our early 30´s, we are both really easy-going girls. We really enjoy our privacy, we are not party girls at all, however, sometimes we like having dinner or just go to our beautiful rooftop. We are looking for a responsible, neat, easygoing person.
