Hi y’all! I’m looking for someone for a room in our cute 4 bed/2 bath house with a huge backyard. Less than 5 minute walk from Poudre River and Old Town Fort Collins as well as the downtown transit center, the location could not be more ideal. The common areas (bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining room) are kept clean. No dishwasher, but roommates keep up on dishes. New washer and dryer in the house. Shared driveway and plenty of street parking. There is no smoking in the house, but in the yard/outside is fine. Not a huge party house, but small get togethers are cool! We do currently have one dog in the house, and don’t feel there’s enough space for more pets. Momo the dog is a husky mix who is super affectionate and well behaved, and we’re sure he’d love to meet you!

Ruh - they/them, crocheter/knitter and songwriter, studying music therapy masters at CSU Tristan - she/her soil science student at CSU that likes to play outside and hang with friends (and her dog Momo!) Meggie - grad OT student, likes to be social and do outdoor activities, also enjoys quieter nights at home
