Thank you very much for taking time out of your day to look at this room for rent :-). The room is freshly painted, hard wood flooring, and a double door closet. Each buildings in this community has three floors and my unit is on the top floor. Neighbors are very friendly and a nice community where everyone helps each other. Neighbors are always respectful and rarely hear noise. Washer and dryer in unit. Only a couple year old appliances. Community pool during the summer. Beautiful walking trails. Everything is in walking distances. The property is NEST security protected.

The room size is 12ft wide (144 inches) by 11 1/2ft depth 137 (138 inches)

What does the rent cost include? EVERYTHING!!! -All Utilities -High Speed Verizon Internet -Cable box in room (1000+ Channels, including HBO) -Your own bathroom

I’m 34 years of age with a professional career and mentality. I am the only one living in the unit. I am very clean, Organized, mindful, friendly, and respectful of others. I do NOT smoke (Smoke free home), Rarely Drink. Family and friends do come and visit, not often.
