Nice area near the casino on Yonkers ave. 2 blocks away from the cross county mall . Plenty of transportation near by nearest highway is 5 minutes away. Plenty of parking on the street. One bedroom with walk in closet with shared bathroom and kitchen.
About the roomies
There are no current roomies . It is my first time renting it out. I’m looking for a clean and quiet roomie. Also reliable on payments they are always due on the 1st no exceptions. First month rent and a deposit to move in. I’m barely ever home usually just come home to sleep. I’m very chill and laid back as long as you’re responsible with the payments, Clean up after yourself, and you keep noise to a minimum .
