Tulip Flower Drive

There are three rooms available. Two have stuff in them now but I’ll have that out before you move in. As for the home, it is in the community of Watson Glenn. It is a two story home built in 2010. The home has French doors, four bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, 2600 sq. ft. of open floor plan living space, and a wooden fenced backyard with an extra large covered patio. Also, each bedroom is ethernet ready and the home is equipped with a commercial grade WiFi access point in center of home. The two car garage is attached with extra parking for four small vehicles or two larger vehicles in driveway. All of the appliances are stainless steel. The countertops in kitchen are marble and corian in bathrooms. The upper level is completely carpeted except for the bathrooms. Those have tile. As for the lower lever there’s a tile walkway from the fourier to the kitchen. The living room, formal dinner area and formal living room are carpeted. In addition to the formal living and dining rooms the upper level has a loft. Also, the home has a large laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink.

Currently it’s just me living here. I’m 37 and I’m a US Marine. I ride a sportbike, drive a Jeep and repair and rebuild cars as a hobby. I keep my home clean, organized and maintained because I don’t care much for messes or odors. I don’t mind the occasional social gathering or party but for the most part it stays quiet around here. I have three spare bedrooms and I’m looking for two to three roommates.
