The contract is with University Gardens Apartments for a female shared room in down town Salt Lake City. Rent for the month is $455. There are three roommates total (including you). Great sized room, large living room with two couches and a TV, large kitchen with lots of moving space, Washer and dryer in apartment, grills, firepits, and a hot tub. $70 for combined utilities and internet. Great quiet area, never hear the neighbors in the building. Plenty of street parking on the block. 2-3 minute walk from the U don’t necessarily have to be a student at the U. November is paid for and I would like to be out no later than the end of November. Please contact me if you are interested.

Roommates are pretty clean and quite aren’t home all that often except to sleep.
