About the room
Great bedroom with shared bathroom and private walk in closest. Must be clean and respectful. Kitchen available for use but must use own groceries Must have own toiletries as well. Washer and dryer on site and are open for use College students are encouraged to message.
No over night quests as we want to remain respectful to everyone in the house and due to covid.
Utilities are $100 dollars extra a month including water,electric, and wifi. No refund on deposits.
About the roomies
A family lives here. Father, mother, son 23 and grandmother. They have a extra room ready to rent out. They also have a nice friendly dog named Panda. This is their home but they’re quiet and keep to themselves. They also work a lot so barely home. Their grandma stays home And their daughter in law visits with their daughter as well on weekends.
