Wonderful Poulsbo, WA location! 10 min drive to Olympic college, downtown Poulsbo, shopping, but in serene forested area on 1/4 acre. Very clean, furnished 2350 sqft home. 3 bed/3 bath with large upstairs loft area off of bedrooms. 5 year old contemporary home. Lots of great amenities, housecleaner every 2 weeks for $30 / month but all other utilities included in rent. Has laundry room w/washer & dryer, gas fireplace in living room, lovely kitchen, dining room and covered porch with gas BBQ for grilling. Share household . With 2 other fulltime roomies. One mellow indoor cat lives upstairs. My husband and I visit occasionally on prearranged weekends, but this is negotiable! Outdoor area is forested 1/4 acre with firepit to hang out at. Organic gardening available. Help in maintaining our loving home can offset rent sometimes! The room available is about 200 sqft. You will share a bathroom with 1 other roomie. (3rd roomie may want to use your bathtub occasionally.) The shared bathroom is only one with bath/shower combo. It sits between two bedrooms. Master bedroom is occupied and has its own bathroom. 3rd guest bathroom is downstairs for everyone to use. Room has a great King bed and a few dressers. Available furnished or unfurnished. House is furnished but we will negotiate on any items you want to bring into common shared areas. Some storage may be available in garage. Open to discuss. No indoor smoking of any kind or illegal activity allowed. No pets at this time. Prefer 1 year lease. First, last and security deposit expected. Background check etc required, and references. Great mellow roomies! We all enjoy our privacy and respecting each other’s space. Keeping the house clean and shared areas picked up are important to us. Two great men are our fulltime roomies, and my husband and I visit only occasionally on a weekend which we prearrange with the household. We are all good friends, so we hope to add one more roomie who might enjoy getting to know us too. My husband and I and one roomie are all middle aged. Our other roomie is late 20’s. Its a creative household, we are artists, gamers, writers, and streamers. We all work, but enjoy hanging out with each other too. We let each other know about visitors, and have the occasional small party/gathering. You will enjoy getting to know us, but still have your privacy too. We do ask that overnight guests are limited to 1-2 nights/ month. More than that, needs to be discussed and we prefer they are only here when you are here. We look forward to meeting you!
