One of two bedrooms on the second floor of private home . Option to rent both rooms , making the second floor your own ( with full bath). My two rooms are on the first floor . No cats , no exception. Dog ok depending upon the breed. Must show proof of employment , and provide references . I prefer reasonably quiet renters who do not mind my late schedule . Must be proactive with household chores to maintain a pleasant living space . Smoking permitted outside or in garage only . NO open flames, cooking elements , or smoking, of course, on the second floor. One offstreet parking space available for sm/med size car for the person who moves in first. In person interview required . Both available rooms are furnished , but you may bring your own if you move existing furniture to the basement of the house. Personal hygeine is a MUST , and maintenance of bathroom and living spaces as well. Neatness is negotiable .( as I have merchandise in and out daily so it’s never very tidy in the limited space). Full use of kitchen , LR, DR , yard. Located 1 mile from WC boro ( East side) . Roommates are expected to contribute to household items ( cleaners, trash bags, kitchen supplies for cooking / cleanup . Utilities are shared and very reasonable . Great situation for the right , independent , friendly , responsible , and medium quiet person. The room (s) are intended for one person each. If you have a SO or not so SO , occasional overnights are acceptable after the first month, but limited to one to two weekly. No regular visitation of small children ( under 16)- occasional is ok. Rent is due ON the first of the month IN FULL .

I am 52, semi retired nurse who sells various products online any time day or night . I don’t watch TV , but I have a few. I listen to music or fix it videos mostly. n the past I have rented to males 30-40 which worked out nicely . There is a short term renter leaving with the next two weeks. Both up and downstairs provide ample privacy for both parties . I am NOT looking for a personal relationship , just housemates who enjoy their space as much as I do mine. I have had great roommates / renters on and off over 30 + years. The only times it didn’t work was due to disrespecting the house rules or lack of payment. It’s not difficult at all to be a great housemate. Please understand that I am dependent upon rental income to keep this house afloat. Rent/room was not random, it is based upon the $ required to meet the mortgage , and help with repairs/ maintenance .
