If you’d like, I can leave two of my beach cruisers with you so you can ride to the beach with a friend. It’s a pretty young community (Eight 80 Newport Beach) and the rent is amazing for what comes in the community and what’s surrounding us. There are countless stores and shops nearby including a few trendy, high-speed coffee shops. Let me know if you have any other questions

Your soon-to be roommate is a super laid back dude who has 2 cats over occasionally when they aren’t at his girlfriends’ house. He’s a super laid back car salesman that surfs and kicks back a few brewskies on the weekends. Don’t take my word for it though, check out the place for yourself.
