About the room
The 3,400 sq home is located in a great area of Oak Cliff, approximately 6 miles from downtown Dallas. We are renting the 2nd floor of the home, master bedroom with two walk-in closets and private bath. A separate living area with pool table is also on the second floor. The kitchen has two full refrigerators, two full sinks and two dishwashers, we would each get one. The yard is huge with a private pool. There is a housekeeper and yard service. If you are looking for privacy and space, this is the place. Off street parking is available. You get an entire floor, not just a room. We prefer a male roommate.
About the roomies
We are a GWM couple who both work long hours. There is no smoking in the home. Social drinking only. We have a small dog and cat.
