Looking for someone to move in by NOVEMBER 1st or DECEMBER 1st. First month and last month rent required.
15 min drive from CSUN
One large master bedroom for rent inside of our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Full bathroom inside room. You will have access to the kitchen and living room as well. Lease ends April 31st 2020. UTILITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT. (Utilities you will split with other housemate are electric & gas)
Optional: Room can come furnished for free with full size bed frame and mattress, lamp, one nightstand & dresser. Please let us know if you will want the furniture or not before you move in.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST BE FEMALE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18-24 ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS.
- MUST HAVE PROOF OF INCOME (bring 3 most recent paystubs) OR BE A FULL TIME STUDENT WITH PROOF OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
