Apartment is on the 2nd floor of three family with hardwood floors throughout and has central air.
The apartment’s shared space includes decent sized living room & dinning room as well as a larger kitchen (with dish washer with separate pantry enclave). I rarely cook, so if you enjoy culinary pursuits, you’re free to go nuts, just clean up after yourself!!
About the bedroom:
The bedroom available should accommodate a full sized or queen bed with a bureau, etc.
Room is available Nov. 1st, 2019, but if needed you can move in earlier.
Financial requirements:
Monthly rent will be $950 per month (due on the first) and INCLUDES heat.
To secure the apartment you will need to provide a security deposit equal to one month’s rent ($950) plus rent due for 11/1 ($950).
