Private bedroom on first floor in a large brand new 3 story townhome in Martha Lake! Bedroom is a good size with an ensuite bathroom. The furniture is NOT included. The room is currently occupied but that roommate will be moving to an upstrairs room. Bed pictured is a full size and the desk and dresser on either side are about 3 ft each. Room has private access via sliding glass door to the fenced in back yard. We hardly use the backyard so it will be mostly private, feel free to put a little table and chairs on the patio if you want! Just the one bedroom on the ground floor so it is very private. Modern open plan kitchen, living, and dining room is on the second floor and has a guest half bath for anyone to use. There are three additional rooms on the third floor(2 occupied, 1 office/guest room). Washer and dryer are located on the third floor and are welcome to be used! We have a 2 car side by side garage and 2 driveway spaces, as well as 2 additional spaces on the other side of the house. There are also ample guest spaces across the street. Quick walk to bus line on 164th as well as markets and restaurants! Very quick access to 5 and 405 freeways. No smoking, no pets.

Hello! There are 3 of us in this big house and we’re looking for a 4th roommate to take the downstairs room. All 3 of us are quiet and keep to ourselves for the most part. A couple (34 male and 23 female) and 25 y/o gay male. Couple loves to cook and enjoys an occasional glass of wine! We’re all very tidy and appreciate a clean space to unwind and relax at the end of our usually long days! We all have rather odd schedules which means we travel a lot and are often away for a few days regularly. We all keep to our selves most of the time that we are actually home!
