Grove Street

This is a three bedroom and three and a half bath in Jefferson Park. The house is about an eight minute drive from downtown and right across the street from the Broncos Stadium. I am moving and am looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease. My room is well lit with a very large closet. Can fit a dresser and queen bed comfortably. It is on the third floor, which is next to the balcony and private bathroom.

Two females and two dogs (border collie mix and mini grey hound). Both girls are cannabis and alcohol friendly. They both have jobs–one works downtown and the other works from home currently. They get along with almost anyone and are pretty social.
