This is a furnished room and shared bathroom. Peaceful, big back deck and yard area. Tenant would have access to the entire home (excluding my room) and outside. There is also a converted garage that is the laundy room/ storage room. I also call it the “craft room” although im not really a crafter. There’s a dartboard and tv. Mostly just a good “hang out” room. My home is pretty quiet. I do have a 5 pound Chihuahua who LOVES people. She is 13 yrs old and NOT a yapper. I prefer no other animals in the home. No drinking, drugs or overnight guests.

I’m a person who likes my home clean and organized but I’m not a clean freak. I like being around happy, positive people. I also like alone time as well.
