I am a 69 yrs old straight male , no drama, stay mostly to myself, I am social. I’m not around that much, either in my room, garage, or kitchen . I am a non-smoker/ non drinker. There is a large living room and a small living room, i do not use either one, you have the run of the house . You can make all the noise you want.I’m down at the other end of the house.I won’t even hear you. It might be boring for you, it’s quiet here , I’m sure I’ll run into you in the kitchen from time to time. Feel free to ask any questions, there are no pets here.
