I live in a 3 bedroom condo with my husband and two kids. We have 2 rooms for rent. One is smaller than the other one with shared bathroom. Access to kitchen, laundry, downstairs restroom, community pool and spa. Utilities included $720 for the small room and $820 for bigger room. Additional person please add $40 and $500 security deposit. Split WiFi bill between roommates. No pets. Both rooms are occupied at the moment but they will available on Nov 3rd. I can show you the big room now. Street parking.

I am an infant teacher and my husband is a roofer. We keep to ourself a but we are definitely very friendly.
