I’m Jon, I’m looking for someone to sublet my room at The Retreat. The apartment is a 4 bedroom, 3 story unit in a student housing complex where individual rooms are rented, not the entire unit. Currently the unit has no roommates, thus you’ll have the entire place to yourself like I have for the last 2 months and only pay 750$ monthly.

Fast facts: -Unit is FULLY FURNISHED (bed, dresser, bedroom desk, living room furniture, washer/dryer) -lease ends 7/31/2020 -rent is $750 per mo -the unit is brand new, I’m the first occupant since constructed -luxurious features (granite countertops, wood floors, stainless appliances) -bedroom features private bathroom -incredible amenities (sand volleyball, brand new gym, dog park)
