About the room
AVAILABLE 11/1. I’m looking for a roommate, I have a large master with own bath to rent out to the right person. Can be furnished with a single bed and TV. Tons of space/storage in unit and a separate shed. NO PETS. Sorry, allergic, don’t ask.
Not only is there tons of storage, as well as a small storage shed, but, for an additional $50 a month you get the covered carport. Deposit is 50% one month. Outside 420 friendly.
The rental company expects to do a background check, I’ll split the charge if you pass, credit will be checked, financial not because it’s on me. The senior community requires one person to be over 55, that’s me, the other to be at least 45. This is not my choice, this is theirs. This is located in Sierra Dawn South I do prefer female, but if you’re a male and are interested please convince me why I should trust you. Thanks for understanding.
Senior community if you stay longer than 2 months you’ll need to join one time fee, $80 includes five pools four hot tub saunas, tons of get-togethers and recreation
About the roomies
I work a lot, coming and going and I need someone I don’t have to worry about who is respectful and has their own life.
