The 303 loft is a spacious living space in Bushwick Brooklyn. Two rooms, (1 a private bedroom, the other an office space overlooking the loft) and a huge common living room with rooftop access and a large backyard. Just a few blocks away from the M/J trains make it easily accessible to anywhere in the city. Bushwick also provides a great diversity of food, bars/night life and great local parks.
About the roomies
Both myself (Jake) and roommate Matt are very down to earth, clean, respectable artists (both musicians). We also share the space with 2 loving dogs and a cat. Although we have our respective busy schedules we still enjoy taking time to hang with one another and getting to see the area.
