Welcome to a quiet, safe, totally updated lakefront home on one-acre in beautiful Lake Mary! This room is like a studio apartment with its own entrance, vanity sink, fridge and microwave, double bed, TV, dresser, desk and shelving. Dedicated bathroom is assigned to this bedroom, as well. The bedroom size is 11 x 12. Shared kitchen, barbecue, laundry and indoor/outdoor living areas, and workout/yoga space included. Enjoy the screened porch and lake view after a day at work or school. Some storage in the garage (plastic totes, bike, etc.) included as well. The house is on a quiet street off the corner of Lake Mary Blvd and Country Club. Bike to downtown for Saturday Farmers Market, safe sidewalks all the way into town for a morning run. Target, Publix and restaurants close. Utilities and internet included.

Expectations: Totally SMOKE-FREE HOME (inside and out), no exceptions. This means no vape pens, too. NO PETS, no exceptions. No DRUGS, but wine and cocktails are okay! No OVERNIGHT MALE GUESTS for tenants. Quieter hours from 10pm-6am, daily. Background, decent credit and reference check required. We want everyone safe and comfortable in the home. A 12-month rental agreement preferred, but would consider 6-months if the right fit.

This is a mostly female home (homeowner’s male partner is often here on weekends) and male visitors are allowed during the day. We are looking for a positive, kind, tidy and responsible woman to share our home. Professionals or students who work hard and need a quiet respite, with a bit of socializing when there is time, should consider this property.
