Room is spacious with enough room for a Queen (or larger size) bed, dresser and desk. Closet is also large with overhead shelving for more storage.
The apartment is located in a great uptown location at 10th and Garden. Close to NJ Transit 126 bus stop that goes to NYC and Path Train. Also close to restaurants/bars, Grocery stores(Trader Joes, Acme, Shoprite), CVS, etc!
Rent is $900 a month + utilities which is about $50 a month for cable/internet and about $ 20 electric. (1st months rent + 1.5 month security deposit will be due at signing).
About the roomies
Roommates are two easy-going, friendly, professional females in their mid-twenties, working 9-6 jobs in NYC. We are social on the weekends but are pretty low-key during the week. Looking for a female who is friendly and clean.
