I’m a young professional (34), fairly recent home owner, working more or less an 8-5 M-F in the financial space. I am very clean and organized, but don’t care if you are not, so long as common space is not a complete wreck. I’m super laid back and accommodating, it’s extremely hard to get me worked up. I can make friends with just about anyone. I’m a bit of a home body when I’m not working, but I like to have fun. I vape, but don’t smoke tobacco. I don’t use cannabis, but I did in the past, so I don’t mind if others use it. The room can come with some garage space if needed.
