Hello, my boyfriend and I are looking for a professional, young, clean and responsible adult to take over the 3rd person’s lease in our townhouse we rent. The third person has decided to leave at the end of the lease, and we love the home so much we are trying to find someone to rent the rooms available for the next lease (1-year minimum). There are two bedrooms upstairs for you (single person preferred) and your own full bathroom included in the $500 rent. We also have a garage for storage and a guest room if needed. The neighborhood has lake access, outdoor pool, and it’s a very quiet family-friendly community. We do not mind male/female, we are clean, organized, bird lovers (we have a cockatoo), Quiet, don’t throw parties, honest, bill-paying, outdoorzy, chill and fun, pretty normal working adults. Nothing crazy about us, just don’t want to move out. We are hoping to find another professional working person who needs a place to live, at a great price, in a large home, who hopefully will like us and rent for at least a year, hoping for two or more. :) If you believe you fit this profile, please contact us and we are looking for serious applications only.
