One parking spot available for each bedroom. NO COUPLES / NO PETS/ NO ADDITIONAL PEOPLE AVAILABLE November 1st THE BEDROOM FOR RENT IS LARGE AND SPACIOUS, furnished or unfurnished, SHARED bathroom The house and common areas are all fully furnished. Fully stocked kitchen and I will share my refrigerator, dishes, cookware, a few separate cabinets will be provided for your personal belongings as well.

**Monthly rent: $1,285 due on the 1’st of each month. Utilities included ( Wifi high speed internet, water, power, gas, trash)and house keeper once a month(cleaning of common areas, kitchen, living room, laundry room and bathroom). **This is a 6 month minimum lease (one year lease preferred) **Must give a 30 day notice if you are going to move out **Deposit: $1,285 to be paid at the same time as move-in, refundable after rental agreement is over.

The type of roommate who would be a great match: 20’s to 30’s in age range, must be very responsible and respectful, considerate, easy going, friendly, and always pay rent on time. This is a peaceful drama/party-free home. **MUST HAVE A FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT- NO EXCEPTIONS! **Paycheck stubs required / employment will be verified to ensure you have stable income and able to pay rent. Credit check required. **No frequent overnight guests or disturbing late night visitors, this is not for the type of person who brings the party home. I’m looking for a descent responsible roommate who will be a good fit for my home. NO SMOKING/ NO DRUGS/ NO VAPING INSIDE /NO HEAVY DRINKERS
