I have a room available(Bedroom#2 in floorplan) in a 2b2b Avalon Union city apartment till June 10, 2020(The lease can be renewed after that). The apartment is conveniently located next to Union City Bart Station(2 mins walk) and grocery stores. The Rent for the room is $1443 per month. 375 deposit.
Utilities(garbage+electricity+sewage+water) will come to around 50$ per person. The apartment comes with an assigned parking spot, Laundry inside the home, Gym, Pool. Cats are welcome with an additional pet fee of 65$. I have a cat who is extremely friendly and prefer a cat friendly roommate.
