Very nice and spacious well-kept house. Plenty of amenities including private backyard with pool, full kitchen with updated appliances, washer + dryer, grill and more. Bathroom is shared but very large easily accommodates 3 people. Covered parking is available. One picture shows a furnished room, please note that all rooms come unfurnished.

I own the house and currently have one roommate who is a family friend. There are two rooms available upstairs both are unfurnished. My roommate and I work 50+ hours a week and between that and going to the gym we are rarely home except for weekends. My roommate does have a well-trained dog who goes to work with him everyday.
