Hi ladies! I’m looking for a female roommate for my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (1200 square foot apartment) in Salem, Oregon. They are beautiful modern apartments called South Block. Its located on the 4th floor overlooking a park and beautiful trees. It’s in downtown, walking distance to all the coffee shops and restaurants. Only a 5 minute walk to the waterfront park. Everything will be decorated and furnished besides the bedroom. You will have your own bathroom. ☺️ The bathroom is already decorated, but can be adjusted to your preferences as needed. I’m looking for someone willing to pay $750.00 a month. I’m hoping for someone to move in January or February. The timing for move in can be very flexible. Overall, I’m looking for another professional female who is considerate, quiet, and friendly. I work full-time at Salem Hospital and the apartments are only a 10 minute walk to work, if you or someone you know works there!

I love spending time outdoors including kayaking, hiking, cycling, camping, backpacking, or anything else that involves being outside and being around people. I am a neuromuscular occupational therapist, who works four ten hour shifts. I am very neat/clean as you can tell by the photos. I love to organize, and have a small side business for organizing spaces. I do require someone that is clean and will keep all common areas well kept. Including the bathroom as it shows into the common area. Your individual room doesn’t matter to me :) I am a christian female. Your faith doesn’t matter to me, but I do not feel comfortable with someone who smokes or excessively drinks. I am quiet, and hoping for someone who is similar minded. I love to read, listen to podcasts, cooking, and watching the occasional movie. :)
